Terms of Service

LucidSocial is a private internal application operated by Passion Connection LTD, doing business as Lucid Samples ("we", "us"), to schedule and publish our own marketing content to our own social-media channels. Access is restricted to authorised Lucid Samples staff and, on request, to platform reviewers evaluating the application. By accessing LucidSocial you agree to these Terms.

Permitted use

The application may be used only by authorised operators to manage and publish Lucid Samples' own content. You must not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to use, disrupt the service, or use it to publish content that infringes third-party rights or violates the policies of the connected platforms.

YouTube API Services

LucidSocial uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-related features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Our handling of YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Content and licensing

All content published through LucidSocial is Lucid Samples' own material or material we are licensed to distribute. Use of the sample packs and audio promoted through this content is governed by the Lucid Samples Terms and Conditions of Use.

Disclaimer and liability

The application is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from use of the application or from the availability or behaviour of any third-party platform API.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
